How do I make a complaint?
If you wish to make a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Manager's Compliance Officer.
You may also refer your complaint to the Investment Ombudsman, the Financial Services Authority Ombudsman or in the case of the Guernsey based offshore funds, the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. Complaints for Dublin registered funds should be referred to the Central Bank of Ireland.
