The Codes for Responsible Investing in South Africa

Over the past year a collaborative initiative has been underway to put in place a Code to help guide the conduct of Institutional Investors, pension and provident funds as well as their service providers such as consultants and asset managers.  This is seen as supportive to the UN’s Principles for Responsible Investment and the recently release King 3 Code.
