Becoming a bull in a China shop
From June 2018, large-cap Chinese A-shares will be included in the MSCI Emerging Market and ACWI indices. This represents a milestone in the evolution of China’s domestic equity capital markets, the second largest in the world by market capitalisation. As China’s domestic equity market opens up more to foreign investors, you will need a holistic approach to fully access the real Chinese market.

Wenchang Ma, Assistant Portfolio Manager (Hong Kong)
    14:45

Global multi-asset funds – it’s three dimensional chess not chequers
Portfolio asset allocation information is insufficient to get more than the most basic understanding of the way a fund might behave in different market conditions, where the true active bets are and where the real risks lie. Investment managers need to think in terms of behaviours and not labels.

Philip Saunders, Co-Head of Multi-Asset Growth (United Kingdom)

Investing in a world obsessed with today
